Availability and pricing
Puppy availability, services and prices shown on this website are subject to change and are not a guarantee of availability. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell until a written contract is signed.
Contracts control
Puppy sales and services are completed under written contracts, which control over anything on this website. For puppies, we review the contract with you on a FaceTime call before any deposit is collected. The contract sets out the health guarantee and each party’s responsibilities.
Deposits and payments
A $500 non-refundable puppy deposit is collected after the contract review. The deposit is deducted from the puppy’s total price, and the remaining balance is due before the puppy goes home. We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay and Cash App. The health guarantee remedy is a replacement puppy; cash refunds are not given.
Pets and breeding programs
Puppies are sold either as pets, with strict no breeding rights under a pet contract and with limited AKC papers, or with full registration and breeding rights to approved breeding programs for an additional fee, as set out in the written contract.
Transportation
Delivery options may be arranged on request, with transportation arranged at the buyer’s expense.
Photos and content
Photos and text on this website belong to Frenchieful French Bulldogs and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits any rights you have under your written contract or applicable law.
Governing law
Our contracts and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, with disputes handled in Yadkin County, North Carolina.
